Training
Ohmsett is the premier training site for spill response personnel. From the private sector to government agencies and industry, Ohmsett has been awarded the responsibility of training the best of the best.
Ohmsett's training facility includes a 20-25 seat classroom with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment. Following classroom instruction, students get hands-on training in
the tank. There they practice recovering oil, using real
equipment under conditions that simulate an actual oil spill. They can then review their oil recovery efficiencies and critique their videotaped performances. Training sessions can be configured to meet your specific needs. Hands-on training sessions are available with or without classroom instruction, and can accommodate up to 40 students. Tank training can be conducted using your own equipment. Contact us to design a class for you!
